RedCheeks
Terms of service
The rules for everyone who takes part in a RedCheeks workshop or course, or joins our online spaces.
Last updated October 8, 2026
Why we have them
Our workshops happen online: in live calls, on the course platform and on Discord. You share your work with the people in your cohort, and you give and receive feedback. That only works if everyone feels safe to try things. So everyone who takes part agrees to these terms.
The short version
- Treat people the way you’d like to be treated.
- Give people the benefit of the doubt.
Simple isn’t always easy, so here’s what that means in practice.
In practice
Stay with the work. Climate, misogyny, politics and the shifts in our culture all matter, and they can take over a conversation. Please take them to other forums, and keep this space for the subjects of the workshop.
Don’t chase attention. No emojis or animations in subject lines, and no counting replies. Show up generously, and you’ll get more back than you expect.
What’s said here stays here. Don’t share anyone else’s words outside the workshop without asking them first. And don’t post anything you wouldn’t want to see on the internet, because this is the internet.
Respect boundaries. Share your own understanding of the lessons, and ask for feedback on it. Don’t give or ask for personal advice, and don’t comment on someone’s beliefs, identity or lived experience.
Don’t sell. No pitching products or services.
If the rules are broken
This is a workshop: a brave space to explore, practice and share your work. If these terms are broken, we may ask you to leave the workshop.
Payment and privacy
How payment, deposits and refunds work is in the workshop policy. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy. Questions: academy@redcheeks.org.
