RedCheeks helps people explore how to work with intimacy, on screen and in their own lives. It was founded by Izabela Bartyzel, who has worked with intimate scenes for more than a decade.

I founded RedCheeks Academy, where I teach a grounded, ethical approach to intimacy in storytelling, whether it’s adult film, mainstream media, or the blurry space in between.
I want intimacy to feel less performed and more human, on screen and off.
I’ve worked with intimate scenes for more than a decade and prepared hundreds of performers for their shoots. Today I work on film sets as a producer and intimacy coordinator, and I’m also an interviewer and a coach.
What we’re not
We’re not romantic about intimacy.
This work is powerful and meaningful, but it’s also uncomfortable, awkward, and sometimes painful. We’re not here to clean that up. We’re here to face it.
We don’t glorify porn.
We work with people in adult media, but we’re not here to sell it, promote it, or put it on a pedestal. We care about the people, not the platform.
We don’t offer empty credentials.
A piece of paper won’t change how you work. Our focus is on what you can actually do, not what you can hang on your wall.
We’re not trying to fix or sanitize your work.
We support bold, complex, emotional storytelling. We don’t tell you what to make. We show you how to make it without sacrificing anyone’s wellbeing.
We don’t teach compliance.
We teach awareness, communication, and leadership. Consent is part of that, but so is trust, timing, and the ability to handle difficult conversations with clarity.

Five weeks online with Izzy and a small cohort. Made for people who make intimate scenes, and open to anyone who works with intimacy. Pay in full, or in three or five monthly installments.

Permission Practice
Nine audio lessons from the workshop, with writing prompts and role plays, for work and for your own life. Most people finish in about a week.
